    Woof Woof,

We know we can hear that frustrated bark in your doggos voice. “Where the hell are my Doggo Snacks?”

Across Australia and especially in Metro Melbourne, where we are based, Australia Post is facing some serious backlogs and delays while they work with increased postage volumes and fewer team members due to covid restrictions and team members being forced into isolation.

If this has impacted you and your Doggo, I want to firstly apologise, this is super frustrating, there is nothing worse than having your much-anticipated parcels delayed, but rest assured they are on their way!

Unfortunately, Australia Post delays are out of our hands, we are currently dispatching all of your orders within 24 hours, however, Australia Post is currently working overtime to clear backlogs, and sometimes this means skipped warehouse pickups from our warehouse.

Please note that the team is Laila and Me are doing everything they can to make sure there are no delays on our end (while remaining covid safe). We regret that we didn’t have more warnings on our website prior to this, but we thought Australia Post had it under control.

We have also noticed that during these times, there may not be scans on parcels, so if you notice there is no scan on your parcel, there is a chance that it has been missed but is still moving through the network to be delivered.

We strongly encourage any of our customers to download the Australia Post app and add the tracking number we sent to your emails so you can keep an eye on your parcel whereabouts, and also raise any enquires directly with Australia Post, unfortunately, we don’t know much more info than what’s on your tracking link, and we face the same delays as customers to find out any further information.

Failing all of this and you think something has turned into a dog's breakfast, shoot us an email at admin@lailaandme.com.au and we will try and send the big dogs in to sort it out.

    Mel and Laila x
