Single-ingredient means there's nothing in here except the protein on the label. If your dog can eat salmon, turkey, or venison in principle, there's nothing else in here to react to.
Both are minimal processing. Freeze-drying uses cold pressure instead of heat, so more of the raw nutritional profile stays intact. It's the least processed format we make. Air-dried is still good; this is just closer to raw.
