Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Please allow 2-5 business days for packing 

*Please allow a few extra days for processing time during peak periods and sales.

Courier pick up days happen Monday’s Wednesdays and Friday’s. Once your order is ready for shipping, you will receive a tracking email via Australia Post. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email along with the tracking number; the courier will provide an estimated delivery time frame for your order. 

If you have any shipping notes, we will try out best to accommodate, so please leave them in the notes section.

You are responsible for putting in the correct shipping details, if you see an error, please email us at woof@lailaandme.com.au and if it hasn't been shipped yet, we will try out best to intercept it and change the address on it, however, if it has been shipped it is your responsibility to have it redirected though the shipping agent at your own cost.

To return your product, please email us first at woof@lailaandme.com.au so we can arrange a drop off/delivery address

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you purchase anything else in a PRE-ORDER transaction, that whole transaction will be shipped together.

Please note we take no responsibility for damage occurred whilst in transit, we use sendle and Australia post for shipping, if damage occurs in transit please make a claim with the relevant shipping agent.

Any import tax to countries other than Australia the customer is liable to pay

Help,I’ve received incorrect items in my order, what do I do?

While this is a rarity, accidents can happen, please email us at woof@lailaandme.com.au with your order number specified and supporting photos in the email to arrange the correct items to be sent out to you. If this happens, and it was a sale item or the item is now out of stock, a refund may be issued rather than a resend- this will be a discretionary decision.
