Please allow 2-5 business days for packing, and a few extra days during peak periods and sales.
Our couriers pick up orders on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday; once your order is ready for shipping, you will receive a tracking email via Australia Post.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email along with the tracking number; the courier will provide an estimated delivery time frame for your order.
If you have any delivery instructions, we will try out best to accommodate, so please leave them in the notes section.
You are responsible for inputting the correct shipping details at the checkout - if you see an error, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org soon as possible. If it hasn't been shipped yet, we’ll try out best to intercept it and change the address on it, however, if it has already shipped it is your responsibility to have it redirected though the shipping agent at your own cost.
If you purchase in-stock and PRE-ORDER items in one transaction, the order will be shipped together, once pre-order items are in stock.
Please note we take no responsibility for damage occurred whilst in transit, we use Australia post for shipping, if damage occurs in transit, please make a claim with the relevant shipping agent.
Customers outside of Australia are responsible to paying any import/duty taxes that may be applicable.
Help, I’ve received incorrect items in my order, what do I do?
While this is a rarity, mistakes can happen. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and photos of the items you received in your shipment and we can arrange for the correct items to be sent to you. If, unfortunately, those items were sale items or are now out-of-stock, a refund will be issued.
