No. Ours is cold-pressed from the seed, so there are no cannabinoids in it. It's completely legal in Australia and it won't sedate your dog.
It's oil pressed from the wheat germ, not wheat itself. But if your dog genuinely reacts to wheat, run the hemp oil on its own.

Feeding Guidelines
Give roughly 5ml (one teaspoon) per 10kg of body weight, once daily over their dinner. Start at half that for the first week so their gut can catch up, then build to the full amount.
