Yes. Kidney is a standard part of a raw or whole-prey diet. Ours is Australian beef, air-dried at low temperature, nothing added.

Organ meat is rich, so feed as a treat or a meal topper rather than a meal; start with one to two small pieces a day for dogs under 15kg and adjust up from there for bigger dogs. Always supervise your dog while they're eating, keep fresh water available, and store the pack sealed in a cool, dry spot.
