How to make a Doggolatte Tiramisu

Are you looking for something a little different to treat your pup on a hot day or even a cold day? Try our Tiramisu Recipe that will not only have your pets tail waging but you also may already have all of the ingredients already in your kitchen! Lets get started

Ingredients

• ½ cup Laila and Me Freeze Dried Raw Treats
• ½ tbsp Laila and Me Doggolatte Mix
• 125ml warm water
• 1 tbsp apple puree

• 1 tbsp pumpkin puree

• 1 egg white
• Laila and Me Lamb Topper
• Carob buttons or powder

Directions

1. Mix the Doggolate powder with warm water.
2. Break the freeze dried raw treats into pieces and soak in the Doggolatte mixture for at least an hour or until they all go mushy.
3. To make the apple and pumpkin puree, peel, core and chop the apple and pumpkin into large chunks. Simmer until soft. Drain and let cool before blending in a food processor or blender until smooth.
4. To make the mock cream, whip the egg white with an electric mixer until stiff peaks.
5. Let’s assemble the tiramisu! 
6. Add the soaked freeze dried raw treats into your dog’s bowl with a little bit of the Doggolatte mixture. Top with the egg white foam.
7. Add the apple and pumpkin puree. Spread evenly. Top with the egg white foam.
8. Repeat the above steps until you use all the remaining ingredients.
9. Grate carob buttons or sprinkle carob powder over the tiramisu. 
10. Last but not least, sprinkle with Laila and Me Lamb Topper, or your dog’s favourite meal topper. Ready to serve.
