If there were ever a safety concern (rare, but we’re realists), we have protocols in place to trace it instantly, right down to the region it came from. No panic, just proactive protection. We’re proud of our local sourcing!

: In our licensed facility in regional Victoria, with Australian and imported ingredients.
: Yes. If your dog has known allergies or sensitivities, let us know and we’ll swap out treats where possible to suit them. We can’t guarantee zero cross-contact, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate.
: Yes — our treats are suitable for both puppies and seniors. If your dog has dental issues or needs softer options, just let us know and we’ll adjust the box where we can.
: Subscriptions are billed on the 15th of every month. Your box is then packed and dispatched shortly after, and you’ll receive a shipping notification once it’s on the way.
