Yes. Kidney is a standard part of a raw or whole-prey diet. Ours is Australian beef, air-dried at low temperature, nothing added.
Organ meat is rich. Start with one or two small pieces a day for a dog under 15kg and build from there.
Kidney is milder in smell and lower in vitamin A, so it suits dogs that already get liver in their diet without doubling up.
